Duck Tales: Uncle Scrooge

I almost forgot, this was my favorite cartoon when I was just a kid and learning to bum in front of the TV. Uncle Scrooge, Chip and Dale. LOL

L'Oreal Men Expert worked for me

The L'Oreal Men Expert Hydra Energetic: Detoxifying Cleansing Foam, did good on my skin. I already used many brands out there--- Master Facial (by Sara Lee), Belo Essentials, St. Ives, Clearasil, Ponds and many others. Most had gone phased out others changed formulation like Belo (it was good on my first uses) and other like Ponds are not for me. Until I saw a picture of Wilber Pan on his Facebook:

And so I looked for it on our local supermarket, and tried the Hydra Energetic: Detoxifying Cleansing Foam (along with Dalacin C and Tretinoin topical agent regimen). Most of the zits are gone, marks are lightening, and it feels fresh and less oily even after sometime, or when you go outside.

Sorry I don't have before and after photos, but been using this for a month and a half and it's really great.

I think this was taken last last week, you can still see some red marks, but lighter.

Happy Birthday to my daddyoh! When pertaining to him, it's papa, when I address him it's tatay, it's rarely dad, but he is dad.

We are not rich, but he let us feel we are (and so we are. LOL) --- giving us all the extravagance that life can offer, sometimes (or most of the time) not thinking of his own needs.

I agree with Chuvaness' post here. Who would moved out with his husband on a decrepit house, while I have a decent house and better atmosphere--- I would insist that it's better for Diet's mom's health. Basta malabo ang logic, makes the audience look stupid.

I bumped into the trailer of the new X-Men movie, X-Men First Class, here it is:

This one is at par with the other team logos.

Colors are there, plus the shield looks like a medal strap, and I think it's a good symbol.

A burlesque club. A respectable place where people can be transported to another time.

Yeah, quoted--- Mr. Chuck Bass. Just saw Burlesque, starring Cher and Christina Aguillera--- it's A-tastic! Now I want my own Burlesque club. LOL. It looks glamorous in the movie, but I don't really know about what's  the real burlesque look like--- is it like Queensland in Quezon Avenue?! In the movie it's like you can look, but you can't touch, it's like vaudaville of the 18 hundreds (1880). The real burlesque is a theatrical entertainment involving jokes, mockery, hmm might have been the fad in those times where they mock 'respectfully'?!of the government system, or even some official--- I have, I think saw some examples of these in some Rizal movies, if I am not mistaken.

Anyway, I thought it was going to be boring because of the color on the first scene, but then because of curiosity--- I engaged and watched till the end and I don't regret it.

And can I just say this--- the costumes are fab.

Is he Nigel from DWP, he uses the same tone, but he's funny.

Cher is cher, don't like her alot, but she's great!

Moonlight Magic Lotion

This Bath and Body Works' Moonlight Magic lotion has a very good smell. I could use this and not wear any cologne. Plus what's great about this, is that it doesn't get sticky and eeky when you sweat. It's around $3.50, but I got mine as a gift last Christmas.

Rare Prince Charming- appeal

Jon McLaughlin, who also sang So Close, the one on the Enchanted movie.It's a rare thing that we see a pop-rock star to have a prince-charming-clean-look, mostly they would be semi-bad-boy-looking. I am comparing Jon McLaughlin to Adam Levine--- but maybe it's just because of the hair. I always thought of prince 'charmings' to have a soft wavy hair. Yes, it is the hair.

Do Começo ao Fim

From Beginning to End, a Brazilian movie, definitely not for homophobic. "Two brothers develop a very close relationship as they are growing up in an idyllic and happy family. When they are young adults their relationship becomes very intimate, romantic, and sexual." - IMDb

The movie had the feeling of 70s, maybe because of the house and furnitures and the fashion--- and lightness of life (plus may I just add--- the Beetle Volkswagen). Or maybe it's just the way the Brazilians live, it feels light, ---happy. I know it's not the ideal love story most people like, but with this eccentric choice--- you come to realize that the movie showed all kinds of love--- there's filial, platonic, romantic (Eros). The scoring in the movie is great--- I didn't expect a Brazilian movie can be of nice color and sound, all in quality.

I can't say anything anymore--- it's a good movie.

Plus the cute kid with curly hair, adore!

I suddenly missed my curls. LOL

They were looking for Dr. Alan--- while Mr. Kirby is peeing, Billy on the other side is drinking. FTW. LOL.

Now everything is different, Mama Aty's is not here, ahco Liza is okay but not like herself anymore and so is cousin.

Happy CNY in Korean Style

It was supposed to be Binondo after Makati meeting yesterday, but then after a sidetrip to Paco House to get the stuff for Glow it ended to a Korean Deli in Adriatico Street. I was craving for the Golden Fish ice cream--- I got one, and finished it the minute I stepped out the deli with my loot.

Watching Being Human

Yeah, I know it's vampire-werewolf all over again, just like what I've said but still there's a little spark of curiosity and so I watch and watch--- it's S01E03 already.
