Dangerous Office

Who could have possibly barged in the office in the middle of the night and left evidence of misconduct?

This is really a scary scene to see. I thought I can only see people all drunk and wast-y, in tambayans in cheap places, but well if I had stayed in the office, I might meet one- or two.
