New Look for the New Age

My gift for my birthday! New look for my blog, few edits were from me, some of the links were disoriented and images were, hmm, jumbled everywhere.

Update: Bloody Birthday

And then after the rock baby rock incident, a snake was found inside the house!

Okay not that big one you see in the picture, a 14-inches snake was found lurking inside the bathroom.

It completes the ever so weird day! Happy Birthday again to me!

Bloody Birthday!

Yesterday was a good day, we went to Ahma's grave (one year had passed), and then went to SM San Lazaro for Ahco's little grocery and little dine out together for my pre-birthday treat by my parents, and also to visit everybody in Tayuman. It was my cousin, Rio's birthday that day too.

My cake: Blueberry Cheese cake. Wuhoo, 2 slices for me

And then the celebration continues at Tita Vivian's (Saee) store, Gwama provided the chickens and liempos from Andok's, and grilled fish, and then Tita Azon came down from the condo with Kare-Kare and Lumpiang Shanghai, and buttered crab (I think). I was so full I could feel my throat swell (I have a swollen throat, lol, from sore throat).

Then, the actual date of my birthday, I was surprised by this:

A rock flew right thru my window and to my back. (I thought of gold lashes that might came with the rock)

Lucky that I was already awake and about to go down for my breakfast (at around 1 p.m., lol, okay I had a long night). It only hit my back.

Okay maybe those Akyat-Bahays were just greeting me happy birthday. Well, thanks to them I have a broken window now. Again.

UST and the Rain

I wonder how UST looks like at this very moment? Maybe something like this? or even worse, this was taken after a regular rain.

Let's see how it looks like after the Typhoon Ondoy.

Latest News on Typhoon Ondoy

Okay, maybe not the lastest news about the typhoon, but latest about Mrs. Arroyo's typhoon ensemble. She was wearing layers of jacket or cardigans, not sure, she removed the white windbreaker before this.

And I noticed that she was wearing sort-of boots?!, maybe UGGs?! What a chica president, LOL. She sometimes shocks me, that she can be exciting in wearing fashion (pasyon!).

Is it bota? or UGGs?! Let me see.

Okay, enough about her and her boots--- here's the news:
This events really gave opportunity for--- Gibo Teodoro to act, be visible, smell good, look good--- just a thought.

Okay, okay--- LRT and MRT are operating 24-hours today to accomodate stranded people.
Numbers you can call if you are--- well, in the situation that you need to call---:

NDCC: 911-1873, 912-5296, 912-2665

A Day with Jillilah

After a busy day at Jill's office, we headed to Shangri-La Plaza to spend her gift cheque from Crossing Department Store. Well, here's what happened:

Jill frustrated while choosing her kind of style and size. And budget?!

And then after 3 shoes, finally!

Viola! Isn't it a beauty. Ala, Prada, really nice heels, and it's not-so-expensive price tag.

And then we were both hungry, so we ate at Kimono Ken. It's only my second time eating there, but their Gyoza didn't fail me. Jill ate this (it's more colorful compared to my Gyoza so it deserves the shot):

Spotted at AFEX 2009

We all know that I am a super fan of food, well okay not all-all food, but I like food in general. Plus due to my client hunting, I also want to expose myself, as exposed as possible, LOL. Me and my shobe went to AFEX! And here's what we have witnessed:

Spotted, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit's Executive Master Chef, Fabrice Danniel:

He was born in Antibes, South of France and began his career in 1985 after obtaining "Certificat d'Aptitude Professionelle". He developed his culinary skills in France and overseas.

In January 2003, he joined Le Cordon Bleu at the original Paris School, and at present he is the Executive Chef at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok, Thailand.

Here now is the Marketing Manager of L.C.B. Australia inviting the guests to ask questions

And ofcourse people chose not to ask because what's next is the best part of the show:

The tasting of tentenenen: Transparence de Cremeux Chocolat, Brownie, Framboise et son Croustillant de Grue de Cacao or in simple English: Transparence of Creamy Chocolate, Brownie, Raspberry with Cocoa bean crisp.
It's yummy and creamy and yummy and yummy!

And ofcourse if you are interested to study at Le Cordon Bleu, we have atleast a few (LOL) branches here in Asia: Tokyo, Korea and Thailand. http://www.cordonbleu.edu/

Here beside Chef Danniel is Thailand's Marketing Manager Suchada V. Phienpit.

I don't know his name.
