Okay, whoa! A launch via live stream online! How cool is that! That's what, a true innovation, only Havaianas can pull out a thing like that, I guess--- well, in fashion industry. Havaianas turned the footware, up-side-down, first it was a fab and then phenomenon--- Havaianas started it all, then came the other brands--- well for price differentials. But, yeah, thanks to Havies, people gave a little more attention to slippers.

Updated: 狀元- 沒有 Chiong Wan- Not!

Me (曾華順) and my friends (Katrina 黃麗安and Cyrille莊穎怡) attended the 'late' Mid-Autumn Mooncake Festival (慶祝中秋佳節聯歡會) hosted by Grand Family Association of the Philippines- Youth Group (菲律濱各宗親會聯合會). Wuhoo! My first Pua Tiong Chu experience, was good--- beginner's luck, as they say. Okay, not as lucky, but I bagged the prizes from PongGan/ThamHwei (榜眼/探花) to SioChai (秀才), and here are my prizes:

The prize for the PongGan dice! White Hat from White Hat Eric Chao.

Our host bagged the ChiongWan, tsk tsk. She was very good at throwing the dice, though.

Some pictures from the GFAPY Wall of Fame, LOL.

These are, hmm: I can't remember,
but Lorraine Chua (in blue and pink) I can remember.

This is, Atsi Emmalyn Sy (I'm sorry if I got the spelling wrong),
she is a supervisor in DM.

Some Lame s and Due s waiting for us to start.
Before the actual game, we played some parlor games-- they call it "Ice Breaker" -- joke?! (will post some videos)

Sean's Faithful Blog

I was following this blog this past days, and if it's enlightenment you need, you read the right blog. LOL

This is not a promotion, I am just stating that I am fond of reading the blog and it helps me, with my questions about God and me. If you want to visit, it's all about God and some, don't be intimidated by the words--- it won't bite, skeptics are welcome. Its Sean's, a friend of a friend, and now, I think an immediate friend. LOL

Bubble Tea is So-so

Well, okay, Bubble Tea, at SM The Block, is fine for a tambay place, chillax station, but not for taste buds looking for authentic Japanese food--- it serves Japanese food with a twist--- fine fine, it's a milk tea place, so you don't really look for Japanese food there, let's just give it 4 spoons out of 5, for being creative and catering for the students, yuppies, which mostly find it okay--- the food.

Fujiwara Omurice PhP150.00
Your regular fried rice with beef bits, egg, carrots, wrapped in scramble egg.
Presentation-wise: Nice; Taste: So-so

For their milk tea?! I don't know how to order, hmm... and the cashier didn't recommend any, so I got myself some Mango Tea Slush (PhP95.00), and a Fujiwara Omurice (PhP150.00) for the munch (oh, hmm the cashier recommended something--- to add for th bill that is--- Tori Fry to bundle with the Mango Tea Slush for PhP45.00, without even thinking if it will match the Omurice, but then I guess, I want to try everything, so did got one).

Tori Fry PhP45.00 at bundle with the drink
At first bite, it's good, crispy and chewy, but then when the flour?!
or breading melts in your mouth, it tastes weird.

This was after Reji fixed the VM at Dean and Trent. Here's the D&T moment before this food trip:

Here choosing something to put on the mannequine?! mannequin?!

Tada!
Okay, and then Reji (the POSTURA man), during the food trip:

With his food: Rosted Garlic and Shitake Cream Spaghetti PhP145.00
Coffee Milk Tea PhP85.00
And my Mango Tea Slush on the left.

Verdict: I am not so pleased, whatever, price-wise not so worth-it, service, tsk. I don't like it. Well, won't even count for sure, because I'm just one customer, and Reji loves it there.

Okay, but then let's be fair--- I love the creativity! ofcourse, Japanese food is one of the best in plating!

Noynoy TVC

It's a nice ad, star studded, lol. Shows stars from both TV 'rival' stations.

Was placed on primetime slot, good choice! Shows every before Santino's show, May Bukas Pa (in Channel 2 ABS-CBN).

Lyrics--- empowering, makes you want to join Noynoy in the fight. Visuals--- nice attck bring the rival stars from the rival stations. Camera angles/cinematography--- just like ABS- CBN's station IDs, superbly done.

I think they need to clear that Hacienda Luisita, once and for all. We have a lesson about that back in college, but really didn't understand, what is the issue--- ofcourse we can hear biased opinions--- I want to hear it from the Cojuangco's and the farmers.
