Okay, kill me after seeing this egg. LOL
I have attempted to do the over easy, and I tell you it's never easy (yeah, for me). Julia Child once told that in order to flip you must have courage, but my yolk is too big to waste, lol, it's my first time to see a yolk that big from a size large egg. But it deflatted?! it's all air.
